Had to order a bunch of tostones for a last minute cultural event at my sons school and     they were perfect, hot, crispy and packed well... everyone loved them and they were better then the ones I make myself and way faster Cant wait to go back and try the Mangu... everything looked so goodFood: 5/5

We were visiting from NYC and wow. I knew once I saw the menu that this place would be awesome. Authentic Dominican food. We had the mangu platter and the serving size was great. The taste? Amazing, everything balanced each other so well. I also recommend getting a fresh fruit juice. The chinelo was such a refreshing, sweet unique taste. I wish I had something like this back home! The staff was also very friendly.

I got the stewed chicken and the oxtail, and it was excellent! Normally I’m not the biggest fan of Dominican food but I will definitely be going back. Also, great prices and large portions.

This is perhaps the best place for Dominican food. I've visited many around the Boston Area, NY and CT and this one takes the prize. Everything is delicious, my favorite is The 3 Punches or the Mangu, which is mashed green plantains with fried cheese, salami and eggs.

The chicken was salty and the sweet plantain tasted old. She was nice but the food was a big no yesterday. So disappointed.Food: 2/5

I’ve been here a few times and it’s always so good! They always have a huge selection of meats and beans and a couple different rices. They have a big selection of sides too, pastelitos, plaintains, maduros, fries, etc. you can dine in or take out and the staff is always very friendly!

Since I never walked down Hyde Park Ave in this direction, I didn't realize I had Dominican food right in my neighborhood! My only regret is not eating there early enough. The woman behind the counter was super friendly and explained every item to us, and I ended up ordering this super fragrant rice & beans, tender beef stew, and absolutely delicious okra soaking up all its sauce. I want to go back and try their chicken stew, chicken gizzard, saltfish, everything! Homey comfort food, so worth.
