Called them on Monday(Labor day) to have an outlet grounded, not an emergency but something I didn't feel like doing myself. When I asked how much it would cost, the tech(who was great) said it would run me around $150 for the service call including parts. Turns out they charged me 2x as much since it was labor day, with a bill totaling $320. Had I known it would be more expensive that day I would have just waited a day since it wasn't an emergency....
