Franchise chain needs to be more attentive of these independent business owners. This store is very down kept. Not very visually appealing atmosphere when you walk into the restaurant. I've been to several Manhattan bagels to throughout NJ and this has to be the worst. For example the ceilings sheet rock has water stain. Operator of the establishment is nice, but isn't too attentive of the needs of the business to attract customers.

Very good bagels and sandwiches,  absolutely the best breakfast sandwiches  in town. But not cheap!!
