Great service from Todd M. They will guide you through the full process smoothly. Todd helps us get through comfortably, smoothly and hassle-free. Do avoid the upsells though, you don't really need it and can be quite a pinch. I came here because I got the best price compared to the other dealers. Did e-mail, phone calls and a few visits before I came for the deal.

Manhattan Beach Toyota is a fantastic dealership. My family has bought a total of 5 cars from this dealership because they give us the best deal. I will say that the maintenance costs can get a little pricey, but I know that I am getting a quality service because there are certified Toyota technicians at this dealership. Another plus, the purchase of my car came with 7 years of weekly car washes with the purchase of the car. That's pretty nice.

I was helped by Norma and she was great! My family has purchased 3 cars from her and she our person to go to! She always makes sure she makes time for me and gets me a great deal!

The service here is always horrible.
The last time I came in, another customer being helped by the rep next to me, was (in her own words ) "livid." Totally screwed up her order with no way to fix it! !!
First,  my husband and I were completely ignored. 
Then the rep misplaced the paperwork. 
At the end,  after waiting almost 2 hours,  and being told to go outside and wait for our car. ....they still didn't bring out the car till we'd been waiting 20 minutes and complained! !!
This last time we waited over 2 hours.....it might have been 3 or more had we not said something! !!! While in the waiting room watching TV, one of the reps at the cashier changed the channel to something 'he' wanted to watch! !!
We thought the TV was for the customers to watch during the enormous waiting times?!!!
However,  this time we were prepared and said something to the rep about needing our car right away and they brought it out within 5 to 10 minutes.....still WAY longer than it should take! !!
