The dentist is very knowledgeable and does a meticulous job. She thoroughly explains your options and does not rush you out. They also do not overbook their schedule, so the wait time is very minimal. I highly recommend them.

Dr jyoti managed to undo 15+ years of dental neglect. Where another dentist would have suggested multiple extractions and costly prosthetic work, Dr jyoti went the extra mile and saved my teeth. I'm happy that my wife recommended her. Very helpful and friendly Staff

The worst customer service experience I ever had in any medical office. I concur with the previous review; the WORST RECEPTIONIST in Manhattan in a competitive market. Unbelievable how this person could be employed in any professional setting with his manners. He is rude, unprofessional and threatening. He has the audacity to accuse clients to "waste his time" and "not having time to deal with crooked insurance companies" when asked simple billing questions. They overcharged me $500 outside of the coverage fee structure and he got literally confrontational after I provided proof paperwork from the insurance company, showing procedures were "No Cost" to patient. If you care about your sanity and demand a professional experience when already in physical pain, STAY AWAY from this office. I am contacting the ADA, BBB and AG office.

Horror show. Got me in quick enough. Not very gentle. Not allot of pain free options (no nitrous). Work was otherwise ok. Put always trying to sell something. Asked for a schedule of fees. They had none. Overcharged me on every service. Asked for copies of my xrays, $20, TWO WEEKS and only a digital copy. Worst......receptionist.....ever. Seriously there are more than 1,000 dentists within a subway ride of midtown. I have a DHMO and there are 500+ taking new patients. You'd think this office might try a little harder to compete. They don't. Trust me, you can find a nice place that does a good job. You don't need to go here.
