I went here because of the famous hot bread, but as soon as I walked in, the programmable robot behind the counter was yelling, "QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE SETTINGS NOT FOUND" and It looked like it was about to shoot laser beams after it "rolled its eyes" on me. I immediately paid for my bread, said "thank you" (it responded by charging its lasers), and I sprinted out faster than the speed of light travelling from the sun to earth across the vacuum of space, as I didn't want to be annihilated before getting a taste of the signature hot bread. TIP: it likes money, so throw your coins at it as soon as you walk in (I think you have to pay extra for human-like service, or for service without attitude). Forget the future warfare between man and machine, if robots ever replace cashiers, the world would experience lackluster attendance and no customer satisfaction as these machines clearly demonstrate service that fall well below the standard.

I love fresh pandesal! Grocery prices are reasonably competitive. Although they said “all day fresh pandesal” I came there at night and they said didn’t have any.

Rude lady cashier with an attitude. Very unfortunate since the baked goods are tasty. I'd rather go to another store to avoid her.

The cyborg at the front counter they call a cashier needs significant technical improvements as it only wants to collect your money and it refuses to provide decent customer service EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. It always gives me attitude, almost as if it wants me to leave and not buy anything in its store. I am a regular customer and yet, I get this ridiculous treatment all the time. I guess the reason this store opened for business is to try and drive out customers as quickly as possible, which is a really bizarre and unorthodox business strategy. Is your store trying to minimize its profits by being repulsive to potential/existing customers? Because after my 10th visit, it really seemed like your main objective.

Service is average, inconsistent on the availability of their products. However hot pandesal is delicious but not always...
