I purchased my Ford Fusion last summer and had an excellent experience.  Erik is great to work with and helped me pick out a car I love!  Ryan and Jenny in the service department have really been good to me, same with the body shop manager regarding another vehicle I had.  I trust their service staff and am treated respectfully all the way to Tom and the other shuttle drivers.  Mankato Ford has changed positively over the last 25 years.  I gave them a try again about 6 years ago and now I won't go anywhere else--the staff and management have earned my loyalty.   I'd also like to say that I also trust Mankato Ford Quick Lane--Anthony and Lauren treat me well and I trust their service team as well.  Hands down you'll get a positive experience at Mankato Ford and Quick Lane.

I have always had great customer service at Mankato Ford. We drive past other dealers on the way because of the way the people that work there take care of their customers. All departments take great care of the customers. Thanks Mankato Ford!

Nikko helped us find all the things we were looking for within our price range. We had to drive over an hour away and he had a lot of the paperwork ready to go by the time we go there. Definitely would recommend him if you are looking for a new vehicle

I went to Mankato ford for service. They kept me informed every step of the way. They also went out of their way to check what could be covered by warranties and worked to get me a fair price. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend their service department!
