The current police chief of Manor Township was convicted of public corruption in 2008. One of the recruits he hired in Manor Township lost his service revolver, cruiser keys, and the citations he wrote - all in the same nite - went home, went to bed, and then went on vacation, leaving it up to the rest of the force to find his gun. It's all in the public record. Those state and federal govt. websites are like "Facebook on steroids".
