Horrible customer service. I was promised a specific promotion but the rep never did a follow up call like he said he would after I went for my trial and when I called back he was already gone so the girl at reception made a note saying he would call me tomorrow and I would be able to keep the same promotion. When he finally called back today he told me the deal was no longer available and I had to pay more to sign up and that the deal I was promised was no longer available! Way to follow through with potential clientèle and straight up lie to them !

nice gym but what a rip off. also considering how expensive it is, the hours (especially on weekends) and class availability are pretty garbage. personal training is expensive and many of their trainers are quite average and overrated. don't use the $100 monthly price tag as an incentive to go - i guarantee that will fade in less than 6 months. avoid unless money ain't a thing and you don't care about wasting it.

Nothing wrong to say about the place! Amazing equipment, locker room is great and packed with amenities, like sauna (dry and steam), shaving cream, hair product and more. The staff is of great support. They offer to help by putting your contracts on hold if ever your out of town for a while. Love the gym!

+: location, locker room, never crowded due to the price, some of the coaches are competent, beautiful building, lots of classes offered, variety of bands/foam rollers -: $100 a month or so, only 1 bench and 2 power racks, some of the coaches really do not care about form and let their trainees perform movement terribly poorly, wish they had chains,

This is where I train, my favorite gym in Montreal. Lots of great perks like an apple after your training ;) the gym smells really great, dissent smell like a gym at all.
