Mansfield Construction Group

$24,000 later ! As a single mom thats alot of money. I could have done the jobs he was paid for ! Nothing is complete, falling apart leaking etc. And i did most of the clean-up Verry poor job. Its been months .i was told he will get back to me because he is busy !!! Really !! Never hire this company if you want quality work

Mansfield Construction took extra care from quoting what needed to be done in a complete tear down and re-roofing to all of the finish work to make sure it was done to my satisfaction. Also did some drywall and painting inside - quick clean and complete. The owner is very knowledgeable, stays on top of things, is accessible and service-oriented.

Dick Donnell runs Mansfield construction is the most inconsiderate person I have ever dealt with at a business level. Do not hire him he considers himself a smooth talker. He isn't smart enough to do that. The small amount of work on my hi we still is not complete. I have spent the better part of my summer waiting on him and his sub contractors which employ alchoholics. Nice people but do not know how to get a cement job done. Had to fire them off the job and hire a real cement crew. Which cost him normal money. He bids jobs for the county HUD program low and hires non copetant people to do the job for cheap and screws you. F you want more info you can contact me.

Dick and his workers do seemingly whatever they want regarding each project and charge afterwards (whether you asked for it or not), are extremely poorly coordinated, take an extensive amount of time to complete the job, and outright do not listen to the customer or consider what they want. You want a sink that suits your kitchen? Too bad, you're getting whatever Dick picked out for you. They tell you  the DAY BEFORE that they're showing up at 8am tomorrow? They show up at noon because they were getting their blood drawn before doing manual labor on your roof. Only two of many examples of their incompetency. I'm honestly not sure how they even get business.
