Story

The Kaseman Clinic is a program of Community Ministries of Rockville.

Our Executive Director is Agnes Saenz; our Medical Director is Dr. Neil Spiegel.

Mission

The Kaseman Clinic serves uninsured and under-insured residents of Rockville and Montgomery County with comprehensive primary care, health education services and outreach/prevention/social services.

The doctor or actually the nurse practitioner, gave my wife overdose medications. She have three extremely high dose medications and never made it clear what to eat when. Due to the heavy dose, my wife lost my consciousness and she had to be taken to the ER. The doctors at ER said to avoid some of those medications as they are heavy dose and that it can be detrimental to her health.  After two days, we went back to talk to the doctor at this clinic. We just wanted to ask her about the medications; we didn't have any new problems. Just wanted to confirm with the doctor about continuing the medications or not. She was adamant about not even seeing us unless we paid her doctor's fee. See, there is no problem in paying the fees. In fact, we were there like two days ago and we paid the fees and that's when she gave the high dose medicines and "helped" us. The fact is that she couldn't even come and see if my wife was ok. I paid the fees and then she came and basically said how it was high dose and most people in her clinic uses some of the medications and it works well for them. Really? Is every individual the same person? They didn't even apologize for the pain and struggle my wife had to go through that day. They could have at least warned us about the side effects of those medications. Totally disappointed with this clinic and their service!
