it's bad enough if you have to be here, but the employees make sure to make it an even more displeasure event.. besides the contractor "security guard" everyone is a terrible person with a government job that they basically cannot lose, and are enticed to treat all non govt employees like trash. I used to know a good friend who was an employee at a field office and was disgusted with all the things the public is oblivious to but would be irate over if they had a clue. Avoid this place like the plague, but of course if you need it , there's no other options, especially if you live in this area, besides the Wayne county field office, which is about the same.

Always helpful and courteous employees. They answered all of my questions and pointed out one thing I had overlooked.

This phone number redirects to a national call center and they don't have all the information needed to answer my very simple question. Wasted over an hour on hold. Very bad. Very fake number. Not good.

Wasted 3 hours on hold and some of the employees are rude as hell and they did not answer all of my questions i had to call back

I parked in the big parking lot on the side, walked into the office and was told to move my vehicle to the front parking lot which was much smaller and more crowded. I tried to explain that my truck is hard to maneuver into the tighter spots but the lady in charge of watching the camera said that the side parking lot is only for government employees and that I should know that because the flag is on the front of the building. (There are no signs stating where the non-government employees are to park). I was able to squeeze into a tighter space and then they would help me.
