I work at a very fancy hotel, and different jerks from this company call us occaisionally. Tonight, the person who called was the worst person I'd *ever* dealt with, which is saying quite a bit in this industry. Whatever he was demanding, he didn't get, because I transferred him to a phone belonging to a manager who is on maternity leave. If they can't ever treat people with anything other than open contempt, then neither I nor any other wage earner in the industry has anything to gain but suffering from people like this, and will go out of their way to foil whatever demands this company's staff has. Everyone else will gain suffering and probably not enough money to make it worth their while. Screw these jerks, I hope they get treated by their customers like they treated me. They are the only company that has ever driven me to write an online review. I cannot believe they are still running. If you want the staff of wherever you are going to secretly (or openly) hate you before you even arrive, and you want to pay a lot of money for the privilege, this would be a great company to choose for your travel needs
