This place is the best place for all your eye care needs. The staff is very attiventive and very pleasant. Felicia, Amber and Maria have such wonderful customer service. Definitely recommending this place to all my family and friends. Dr. LEE is a doctor that goes above and beyond. He cares for you as a person rather than just another patient. Up to speed and Down to earth! That's how I'll wrap up my experience. I was actually referred to Dr Derron Lee by a raving family friend. In about a week of my search for a reputable optometrist on face-book, I was referred on facebook connected to his link and was in contact with him in no time. I told him my personal situation of needing to pay out of pocket and also- needing an appointment at his earliest convenience. Fortunately Dr Lee scheduled me himself for an appointment slot in their Stockton location for the following day. Usually it takes forever to be seen by any medical/health professional, so this was much appreciated. The office was easy to find off March Lane, and the office was clean, modernly designed, welcoming and warm ( with adorable photos of his children on the wall), and i was greeted by a handful of friendly staff. Dr Lee's office looked busy with patients piling in at the early hour of 9am, however when I finally got to see him, he spoke efficiently and without rush- he took the time to break down what I was experiencing and what he could do to help and what I would need. He used a digital image to display the myopia in my right eye and went over the options I had for relief. His staff then helped me out choosing a pair of glasses (from the many walls of selections) and ran me through what I would be paying for and the price differences with the options. (PRICE is important to me, where I invest my money is important to me, so I really appreciate her giving me price options and explanations of how each style would differ and what i'm paying for). Overall, so glad I was referred here and grateful for Dr Lee's attention to timely response and care with his patients. Thank you all! Keep the great business and eye healing up!

ZERO *** Avoid this doctor. He makes you think the patient's best interest is what is important.. however he pushes very expensive or very uncomfortable contacts on you and will not prescribe what have worked for me for 20 years. There are much better places to go then this place. Waste of my money and time!!!The doctor said that he could give me a presciption for what I was using (Acuvue2) however I agreed to "try" other alternatives... What was given to me as a prescription I cannot wear due to discomfort or are VERY expensive. I currently do not have contacts that I can wear due to this doctors arrogance and stubborness. I believe he has STOCK in the Coopervision company and this is why he pushes this brand... Go to other doctors in the area to get what is best for your eyes!

It doesn't get much better than Dr. Derron Lee and his office staff! He has a solution for everything! My puppy ate my glasses. I'm blind and out of contacts, felt like an emergency. My approved exam was 2 weeks out. I emailed Dr. Lee with an explanation of my situation. With in 10 minutes he responds with the magic words "I have a solution!" I got a phone call an hour later... They Went out of their way to call my insurance to get approval for my exam date to be moved up and got me in the next morning, contacts in hand and glasses ordered less than 24 hours after my "emergency" didn't skip a beat. The office is always attentive and fun! Gina was the absolute best helping me with my choice of glasses and saving me money! Feeling thankful... like a boss!

I've been trying to pick up my glasses for the past 3 days and this office hasn't been open.. getting really irritated that they say a certain time for opening and they aren't there at all. I can't even get anyone to answer the phone.
