Left 5 messages to speak to someone regarding 2 massages purchased, not used yet! Beyond disgusted!!! Really!? How do you stay in business. I will be getting my refund and going elsewhere!

bought massage as a gift and was scheduled for a Sunday afternoon appt. when my sister arrived the door was locked. a women let her in saying that the employee called out sick today and no one was available to take the appt. They didn't think to contact us about cancelling or rescheduling before my sister drove there. No manager was around to help out with the situation and my sister had to leave without a massage. will not be going back. They need better communication within their staff.

Purchased a massage on Groupon and have been unable to reach or contact these people. Left several voicemails. I think this business was dissolved or no longer exists. I want my money back

Attractive clean decor - excellent massages - the staff make sure you are comfortable and they actually work on areas that you request- a pleasant surprise
