I Love Mantrap. Family owned and operated. #supportlocal Kelly is a fantastic nail designer and Arlene will work wonders with your hair -- especially if you want colors or just to hide gray. Or, if you need an updo or braid - see Arlene for that, too!! Highly recommend!!!

I had my hair cut, bleached, and dyed purple by Pat. I LOVE my hair. It is so cute and she cut it where it would work for my face. Pat is really nice. She makes sure you are getting what works for you, but also what you love. She tells you how to take care of your hair to make sure the color last long and looks great. When I was getting my hair done I had to be there for a long time, but that is because of what we were doing to my hair. Pat always asked if I needed anything to drink. Plus she changed her schedule and stay 2 extra hours just to do my hair for me. I will be going back to her :)

The haircut that I have received is pretty close to the worst one I have ever had. What made is worse is that I was given a "buzz cut" at the cost of $24.00 for a male. Staff seemed very lazy and eating food on top of there workstations. I do not feel that they were up to par for health regulations. I did not see any sanitation but, the place did look nice. There was a sense of punishment being handed out from management. Maybe it was a fluke but I will never return again.

The employees are rude, the openly & loudly talk negatively about clients. I went for a wax, was told to sit on a bare table, with just a small square of paper. The wax was cold so the strip wouldn't stick, and the tech pulled skin off trying to get the cold wax off. By the time we got enough of the wax off for me to get dressed and try to run from this awful place, my skin was red, irritated & bleeding. On my way out three employees were eating at the front desk and one wiped her hand on the front of her shirt! This place is gross and unprofessional!
