I went to this place 2 times for estimates, the first time they were too busy to see me then the second time I stood in the office for 20 minutes wasting my time as they couldn't pull up information on my trucks parts and they told me they would call me the next day with an estimate and never did. It's been over a week since i was there. I recommend going anywhere else

Mantua auto/collision I cannot thank you enough for all you did in getting my car fixed!  Ronnie went above and beyond with everything!  From
Insurance issues to rental car problems he was on it!  I appreciate it more than words can say!  Please don't hesitate in using this company for all of your car repair needs!

This place is fabulous. Ronnie knows his stuff. He has fixed a few cars for us. The most recent was my daughter's car. She hit another car and needed a lot of front end work. Ronnie looked the car over, gave us an estimate and kept the car. He ordered the parts and they were delivered the next morning. Within 4 days, my daughter's car was done and looked great! The other person my daughter hit took her car to a place on Gateway Blvd in Woodbury. They gave a rough estimate a month ago but couldn't get it in until this past Monday. They have had the car for 4 days already and expect it to take at least 2 weeks although there is only 29 hours labor needed. I was told that they only work on the car 2 hours a day. How they can stretch 4 days work out for 2 weeks puzzles me. They knew the car needed parts and a bumper but didn't order anything ahead. So, if you want your car fixed well and fast with great customer service, I would highly recommend you come to Mantua Collision.

Buyer beware. They put aftermarket products on vehicles and whoever they outsource their paint to is just as terrible. I took my car to another body shop who does legitimate work so they could undo the mess that Mantua Collision made which included an actual OEM bumper that will hold paint.  Ronnie the owner's attitude is about as good as the shops work. He did not provide the paperwork for the work that was completed for the job and told me he wouldn't give it to me..  can't image why. SHADY.
