Bought a few shirts here. They claim shirts are made in France, maybe they are, but I can't tell the difference from the ones I've had made in Hong Kong or China in either fabric or tailoring. Inconsistent sizing across the different shirts and had same experience as the reviewer below. They can't even get it right after numerous attempts to fix. Would say for this price, find a good tailor in midtown and skip this place.

Got my shirt custom created for my wedding at the Tribeca location.  The shirt came out perfect and every member of the staff was friendly and informative.  Would recommend!

If I could give a negative review I would do so.  I went in for at least 4 visits to try to get a set of 3 shirts made. It was a comedy of errors.  Since I have had many custom shirts made over the years, I knew that they didn't have any idea what they were doing... each and every time a shirt came back purporting to be "the right fit this time!" it wasn't.  When I finally gave up and decided to keep the ill-fitting shirts b/c I was fed up with visiting inept employees... I then washed the first shirt in my home laundry the very first time and the fabric literally cam out essentially ruined with picks and holes throughout the shirt's back fabric panel.... I don't write nasty reviews but in this case I want to save others the cost an aggravation.
