I was lucky a few years ago I took the chance of opening-up about some of my struggles with the big banks because it was Jeff who was referred to me. I didn't want to discuss my issues because I was bull-headed and afraid of the unknown but The Mapes team was able to help me see some alternatives that I never considered. After what must've been quite a bit of patience, Jeff's team was able to resolve some long-standing issues without going to extremes that kept me afraid to begin with. Whether it's perceived bankruptcy or the need to get through to the stubborn credit card companies, the Mapes team has the connects and knowledge to help you out!  The Mapes team did not need to use bankruptcy but instead simply helped me work-out some issues with the big banks caused by a divorce!  Friendly, patient, and knowledgeable… easy as that!

Mr. Mapes chose to use his law offices name to go after a local business for expressing their religious beliefs in a public forum. His remarks proved to me that Mapes law is tolerant of only those that think like them and anyone who has a different belief should be talked down too. I think am justified to respond to his remarks here since he put his law offices name out there with his open letter. 
I hope I never need a bankruptcy attorney but if I do it will not be Mapes Law. Diesel tech is well with-in rights rights to refuse service to customers based on religious beliefs beliefs. Michigan has no law preventing it (it is still being debated).  
I really think that your "open letter" was nothing more than a publicity stunt, to ride the wave of political correctness destroying this country for your office to get some advertising. I agree that it is not a very good business decision to alienate people, but I think your letter is nothing more than and opportunists grab at publicity (kind of like Al Sharpton does). 3. You are proof their is a difference between education, and intelligence/sound judgement. I suspect you went to higher "education" in this country weak minded, and they taught you how to think. All the education in the world will not make you intelligent, honest, or a good person. So while you claim to be tolerant you are exactly the opposite, you only will tolerate those who think like you. Have a nice day

Mapes Law Offices helped me big time. The staff was very nice and easy to work with. They made things very clear and handled my situation as quickly as possible. I am glad I found the right team! I would gladly recommend Mapes to anyone.

I live in Edenton North Carolina. But after reading the letter to the owner of Dieseltec that Jeffrey D. Maples wrote  I would go to this lawyer to handle anything. Well done MR. Mapes. Well done. You made me laugh so hard. Best wishes and God's blessings to you your staff , there families and yours. If you ever get to my little town of Edenton North Carolina dinner and drinks are on me.
