On 2 separate occasions i had very horrible experiences. One day i brought in my cat who had a large open wound about 2 inches long the girl at the front desk said they wouldn’t be able to help her anyway she would die soon. I went down the road to another vet who rushed to get her treated and stitched up and actually cared. On a separate occasion i brought in my dog, he was close to 11 years old at the time and they said he was having kidney failure there was nothing they could do. Offered to put him down he only had about a week left or so. It’s been 2 years since they said that. He is alive and still going strong he had a uti. Learned my lesson here all they care about is money, not your pets or you. They especially need better front people that are not rude and make those decisions for you.I️ would NEVER recommend anyone go there.

Dr Willis is Amazing. Maple wood animal hospital is the best. Two of the most wonderful, caring and attentive doctors. My animals have been patients of Dr Fords for 15 yrs and I won’t go anywhere else. Today I went in with my 15 year old Shi Tzu, really just feeling today was her last day with me. Dr. Willis calmed me and seeing my fav nurse and Ms. Lexi calming me on the phone, I got there to them safely and as soon as I arrived I was given the attention and care for my animal as if I was the only one there. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making my Maymay better today dr. Willis. Thank you for taking time to listen and hearing my concerns and all you did for us. I feel Maymay will be just fine especially in your care. I hope for more years with her and I know with you as her doctors , I will get that time. Your Amazing and your staff is wonderful. Thank you Lexi, and the nurse. You have been her nurse for as long as I can remember and just seeing your face today I knew with u and dr Willis Maymay was gonna be just fine (can’t remember your name, but you remembered us today and that meant so very much and I think Maymay was calmer and remembered you to. If you ever need a volunteer y’all call me. I owe you so much for your time and service. God bless you all and I know God has a wonderful place in heaven for each one of you that help his fur babies and their families. Lexi your a great receptionist. Your word of “it will be ok”, your ok” she is ok” we will be here. Every time I called. You all rock and there will never be a staff or doctors that can compare to Maplewood Animal Hospital

All the office staff is very helpful and have patience to answer all of your questions as a first time customer. Dr. Ford is great with all fur babies and the techs are so sweet and a great help in the exam rooms as well.
