Great service on my bike and fairly priced. In my experience if they notice something that clearly needs adjustment that they can quickly adjust, they just do it. If only they would open an auto repair shop...

Great helpful staff to size me as a tall person for a bike I could (barely) afford. The model I purchased was not in stock and unfortunately there was a break in communication among staff and my bike was not ordered when I purchased it. I'm an understanding person and this would have been no problem if I was notified, or even if they got back to me when I called the day after the bike was expected to arrive. After the second time I called I was finally informed of the miscommunication. I had made plans to go biking with my girlfriend visiting me, and if the staff had made the mistake and kept aware of the fact they told me it would arrive Wednesday and give me a call then or even the day after to let me know about the mistake i would still give them 4 or 5 stars, but I think 3 is a fair judgment of my experience with excellent selection and in store help but poor communication with my about order and poor responsiveness to my question about my order.

Great place to buy or service your bike. Friendly staff who take the time to learn your name and remember your face. Can't say enough good things!

Phenomenal service. Clean shop, extraordinarily helpful staff. Had my Santa Cruz dialed in for a great ride with insider info on local trails.
