If i had a choice i would not continue having my son attend schools in this district. The union protects its teachers particulaly the fifth grade in readfield when they cant perform their duties as an educator  they will just hire another teacher for 50k a year plus benys to pick the slack. Enrollment is decreasing, yet were gonna have 3 fifth grade teachers for 30 students. Doesnt seem efficient, but this is readfield. 4th highest taxed town in kennebec county. Bravo!
