I had a similiar experience as to the lady who made a review with a one star. My sister and her friend at the time, made nail appointments. They had a falling out, the girl bullying my sister. My sister who had the nail idea (and I was a long time customer for three years, for hair, makeup, nails, etc...), cancelled the appointment for the bully. Which she (my sister) admitted she was wrong. The unprofessional lady, cancelled my sister appointment and gave it to the other girl without informing us. She said we brought "drama" into the salon, but she started yelling at my 14 year old sister. She only knew the other girls side of the story, and wouldn't even listen to what my sister had to say. She then proceeded to yell, and point her finger in my sisters face and yelled "YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF!" FOUR TIMES! Not only that, she then proceeded to call her "A bully" and "You are PATHETIC", as my sister say there in tears, and the lady continued to call my sister names.... I then tried talking to the manager, but she said my sister was in the wrong (still only knowing one side of the bully's story). Just backing up her employee, even though she was very immature and unprofessional. As said before, I was a long time customer. One bad experience will leave me never wanting to go again. They chose a girl who is only going to go there once, over someone who has been doing business with them for years. Their loss though. I know Foot Loose in Vandalia does an AMAZING job and are very classy. 
Not to mention, when I went to get my hair done for prom, it came out within an hour. My boyfriend also would always get his hair done there, and he was never satisfied. They don't try to start a conversation, they are very snooty, and all they do is gossip with one another (coworkers), to where my and everyone else's experience is VERY awkward, and not relaxing at all.

This place is great and fun!!! If your spending 3 hours at the salon you want to have some type of fun right???

I didn't bother going into this salon. I called to see if they had any openings or to make an appointment. When the lady picked up the phone, she apparently thought that she was calling out to someone. I overheard her conversation consisting of her calling someone an idiot. I said "hello" to make her aware that I was on the phone. She acted like it wasn't a big deal. I asked to speak with her manager. I was put on hold for several minutes. When the manager picked up, the other girl had already told her the problem. But she just kept telling me that the employee is a great employee and it was an accident. When I told her that I felt like she was simply standing up for the employee instead of fixing the problem, she said that she wasn't standing up for her, just letting me know that she was talking to another employee. She then asked if I still wanted to come in. I told her no. I won't do any business somewhere that condones their employees' bad behavior
