Very quiet and peaceful. Librarians are very helpful and respectful

My usual experience with the librarians here is quite nice.  
I am a college student.  My teacher asked that we write a report using Microsoft Word.  Unfortunately, I do not have this program.  So I called the Mosinee Library to ask if they had it on their library computers.  The person on the other line told me I couldn't have that information, quickly said bye and hung up on me, while I was asking another question.  VERY RUDE!  I've worked as Customer Service on phone lines for two years, and this is just wrong.  
I called the Schofeild Library and they were very helpful, and told me they do have that program.  I'd recommend this library instead.
