Up until today my experience was pleasant. They normally cook very good pizza here, we ordered a pizza today and picked it up, when we looked in the box we saw that it was more or less burnt! No problem me and my grandmother thought we took it back in and explained the problem to the attendant. She completely denied that it was burnt/overdone and stated a remark "I can go burn something and show YOU what burnt really is. And used profanity against my grandmother. Do not order any food here unless tom himself is there!

The employees are rude and disrespectful. They need to remember that customers may not always be right but customers are the livelihood of the business without them , there is NO business.
