Service is awful. Knowledge of products is a joke. I ask to speak with a manager and customer service was even worse. Don't worry about my business. Thom thumb seem to have it together.

This happened to my daughter at Marathon Gas - FINNWAY EXPRESS 507. 1577 W 3rd Street Luverne, AL 36049-4543 last evening. The clerk ordered her out and claimed that only "cripples and blind people could use service dogs". Another customer tried to tell the clerk that there are other forms of disability but she was very ugly and shouted at my daughter anyway. My daughter told her she needed to get educated about service animals, rather loudly I'm afraid. I will be filing a complaint with the Justice Department. Very rude clerk and my daughter was walking out of the door anyway.
