Who ever answers the phone should learn proper business etiquette, you are RUDE! I called for merchandise info and was hung up on. According to the store website, which is also terrible and not helpful, Marathon Sport has been in business for 20 years....good luck lasting another 20 years with that attitude. I will NOT be making any purchases from this establishment....and you have what I'm looking for...I'll gladly spend my money elsewhere.

I AM THE MANGER OWNER OF MARATHON SPORTS INC ,. I BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR 21 YRS,. I RESPECT COMMENTS,. THAT ARE HELP TO CHANGE , TO A BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE,. MOST OF THIS COMMENTS FROM PEOPLE THAT WERE NOT NICE TO OUR STUFF IN THE STORE ,. RESPECT NEEDS TO BE IN BOTH SIDES THE CUSTOMER AND THE SALE ASSOCIATE RETAILER,. WE DON'T EXCHANGE SHOES AFTER THEY ARE USED BY CUSTOMERS OR WITH OUT A RECEIPT,. OR FINAL SALES,.... SOME TIMES WHEN YOU ARE IN THE PHONE ,. YOU HAVE TO ATTEND PEOPLE IN THE FLOOR,. Owner is a real JERK, he had the nerve to kick-us out because I did not have cash and his debit/credit card machine was not working. Is it my fault that your machine is not working? He basically told us to stop wasting his time if we were not going to purchase anything. Again, is it my fault your machine is not working? My kids wanted to look around but he wouldn't let them because he knew I did not have cash. I had no problem going to an ATM machine but he doesn't deserve my business so I won't ever go back. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. There's plenty of places with better merchandise and better customer service.

The person that answered the phone was very Rude. How is it that somebody is going to go buy from you if you're rude over the phone . All I had was a simple question to ask and yes I didn't know what he was asking me but he could of said politely if you find out then I can help you with what you need .I've been years-in customer-service and I've never treated somebody over the phone like that. I'm definitely Going somewhere else.

i tried talking to the guy on the phone and he gave me attitude. I wanted sambas but their store says they close at 8 but he forgot to change it. so now it closes at 7. i hope his store gets shut down.
