The store was redesigned. All the products are next to the displays and this is the cleanest retail store I've seen in a very long time! This store is Clean, Well Stocked, and Organzied! Affordable and friendly staff too! We Will be back and will tell everyone we know!

Let me begin by saying that I am a first-time homeowner and I really don't know too much about curtains and picking different designs. I asked the lady could she help me pick out some sheer curtains to go with my panels I describe to her the colors and she told me she could not help me. She got so frustrated she told me that I needed to go home and find somebody who knows how what they are doing. I did not appreciate the older African American lady with short gray hair disrespected me and making fun of the lack of knowledge that I knew about curtains. I thought her job was to help guide and assist customers with ideas. She was being very loud and disrespectful to her co-workers rolling her eyes. I felt like she was very unprofessional and and should not represent this store. Another co-worker tried her best to help me and apologize for her other co-worker disrespect. Please do not waste your time going at this location if you do not know what you want or need already

There was rude "manly" woman at the register that rolled her eyes at my mother n law because she was swiping her card wrong. The other cashier was rude as well & just a complete idiot. New associates are needed! Rude, rude, rude!!

Love the selection, however the service is not good at all. I ordered curtains to be sent from another store to this one and was told a week. It's been two weeks. When I call all they say is "were doing stuff now, you will get a call if they came" Both times I was told this ??? Ok, so how hard is it to just LOOK ??? Terrible service, lady in there comes across very miserable, like she's being bothered.
