Have been insured by State Farm over 25 years. This office is great! Realized that while dealing with other agents/offices in another state. Marc has always been able to answer questions and solve issues, while saving me money. Office staff is fantastic as well! Special thanks to Melissa for assistance insuring a second vehicle in another state, prevented me from making a costly mistake! Location across fom Nashua city hall also helps tremendously. Can reduce number of trips and pay in person.

Horrible Customer Service: Within a week, I called on two different days and left messages for someone to contact me back. No one returned my calls. I called the following week and finally was able to get through to speak with Marc Plamondon directly. I purposefully called because it is winter time in New Hampshire and driving would have been too much of an inconvenience at the time, especially when I only wanted to gather information before making any final decisions. Anyways, I asked Marc simple questions pertaining to my comprehensive coverage, and he answered my questions so vaguely and quickly as to rush me off of the phone, and he made me feel as if he was going to hang up on me. He refused to answer my questions in a helpful manner and he would cut me off while I was still talking mid-sentence. He pushed filing a claim for me when that is NOT what I wanted to do, so he was not genuinely listening to what I was saying. He told me that I needed to get on his schedule to make an appointment to go into his office and have a review where we would only be able to answer my questions. I did not want to go to the office, and I did not want to file a claim but he kept pushing it as if those were my only options in order to truly be helped by him. While he was trying to push for his "agendas," or whatever he only cared about, he pushed me right into switching with another agent.

I had a good response today. My renewal date was incorrect . I thought this had corrected last March. Danelle called back as promised. And will call again in Feb to make sure it was. Completely professional and with personality. That's good customer service in my book!

Melissa Levesque Rocks! I cannot express enough gratitude for the professionalism and the care that she has afforded to myself and my family. I have been a State Farm client for many years and I've always been treated well by them but Melissa is truly becoming like family. I recently was involved in an accident and every aspect of the claim she has not only been able to handle for me but she has gone the extra mile to make sure that dealing with the entirely claims process would be as painless as possible. From assisting with reporting to getting me a rental with Budget Rent A Car in Nashua (oh and by the way, they are fantastic to deal with and it didn't cost me a dime out of pocket and they allowed me to rent without a credit card). It's no wonder State Farm is such an amazing insurance company, they employee special people and empower those employees to truly take care of their clients. Melissa, you're a great asset to State Farm and they are very fortunate to have you! Thanks Again!

I agree… He is rude and arrogant. I called on Wednesday to attempt to get a quote. I noticed he sounded a little "quick" in his conversation. I told him I was sorry for holding him and he clearly told me that he was on his way to play tennis. He did call me the next day… unfortunately though he was not able to provide me with the insurance I was looking for. I was surprised at his tone, and made me feel that it appeared once he realized he was not going to get business from me… He didn't want to deal with me, and made what I consider to be a rude comment and quickly got off the phone. Too bad because maybe if he had been a little more polite, I might have used him for other services or if nothing more at least recommended him to others. That will not happen now. I recommend you pass on this one and look else where.
