Great location. Lots of parking. Store is cleaned regularly. Produce looked fresh. If I was there for that stuff I would have bought it.Fair price on most products. Dog and cat food was less than other places. Most of the lights worked. They have public restrooms that is convenient for you. Staff workers were very helpful by answering my questions about were things are. Definitely will come back to this location because it is close to my dwelling so I will save on gas. Parking was easy. Lot is very large. But getting in and out of the mall parking lot is crazy.

Love the store but lately it smells like the floors are cleaned with a sour mop. You get used to it after 10 minutes or so, but maintenance crew could do a better job. Noticed it last two or three times I visited. Thinking of going elsewhere.

My deli experience made this Marc's visit less than satisfying, didn't realize till I got home putting my purchases away that I didn't received what I had asked for, very disappointed.

Over a year ago I adopted my Bayla from City Dogs on the advice of my doctor that I get a service dog. To be transparent, I suffer from (Complex) Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. My doctor suggested I get a service dog, and it was my personal preference that I train a rescue dog that may have been through some rough times herself. I believed we could help rescue each other. And we did. Bayla is such a light in my life. We train her at home as a service dog, and she has done beautifully with her training. We had her nationally registered as a service dog and I worked with a therapist and my doctor throughout the process. Bayla is legally allowed to be with me at all times. This has been such a huge game changer for me as before we got her I could scarcely leave my apartment without suffering from flashbacks or anxiety and panic attacks. Today I took her to Marc's in North Olmsted (26393 Great Northern Shop Center, North Olmsted, OH 44070) with me to grab a couple things. Of course we received disapproving looks and underhanded comments as we shopped but I am used to that given that she is a pit bull and in a store. I let that stuff roll off my shoulders. I notified anyone who asked about her that she is a service dog. When I got into the checkout line I let more employees know of her status as a service dog. A customer standing behind me began lecturing me and asked me if I "understood the rules about dogs?". I told him she is a service dog. He then began to yell at me, "WHY ARE YOU BLIND?!?!" I said "No, I have Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.". He kept up his comments but I ignored him. Mind you, my dog was laying on the floor. Totally submissive. An employee even commented on how she would not have even known I had a dog with me if she had not seen the dog given how quiet she is. Then three employees banded together and did not approach me but started yelling about how customers were calling corporate to report me so I approached them and said, "Ma'am this is a service dog, please let me show you her ID." She yelled at me that I had to legally notify them through putting my dog in a vest that she is a service dog. I notified her that I am under no legal obligation to do so, and given that it is 90 degrees out today I did not put my dog in a vest but that I would be happy to give her Bayla's service dog ID. I showed it to her. By that time they had made such a spectacle of me that everyone was staring. I said "Ma'am please you can approach me and just ask me before you call the cops or corporate on me. I am a God-fearing woman. I am approachable and happy to give you her ID. Would you like to make a copy of it for your records?" She said no. People continued to yell and embarrass me. Finally I was so flustered and going into a panic attack that I held up the service dog ID to show to everyone in the store. I said, "It's amazing how someone who uses the help of a service dog can be treated like this just because I have a dog to help me do things like go to the store and function normally." Admittedly, I raised my voice to say this. They kept ganging on me and people kept shouting at me and I had to all but run out of there to stop myself from panicking. What about the next person who needs to bring their service dog into Marc's and gets verbally assaulted and ganged up on? What can I do about the prejudice here? Admittedly I suffered such a severe panic attack afterward that I am terrified to go out shopping again. UPDATE: corporate was very helpful in dealing with the issue. They were attentive and listened to me. They did their best to remedy the situation. I really appreciate them showing integrity in dealing with this situation.

Horrible experience. I applied to be a cashier and they made me push carts. Never working here again. They also only do this to the guys, I've never seen any women push carts for Marc's, I feel like Marc's is a feminist store. If your looking for a job don't apply here. They will change your position without even notifying you. If your a woman looking for a job here, go ahead and apply. Many of my girlfriends applied here and they never got their positions change. Like I said I think Marc's is a feminist store.
