STEER CLEAR!
Places like this is why Black-Owned businesses have a bad rap. When I arrived (on-time mind you), I had to wait 30+ minutes while she casually chatted with and finished another client. A few minutes in the waiting room and I hear a baby crying. I thought it was the client's baby, but no it wasn't. Her receptionist, who is related to her, had her newborn baby in the back room. She even had the nerve to bring her baby to the front desk in hopes that I would gush over it and everything would be fine. I almost walked out and I honestly wish I had when I got the inclination to. 

Once I was brought back Marche was nice and we kept conversation, but the service experience overall is definitely NOT worth what she charges. The adhesive kept getting into my eyes and it burned so bad I thought 
would go blind. I pushed through it though. I tipped VERY well (25%, which came to over $250 total) because the receptionist made a point to mention that before I paid. Two days after my appointment my lashes already falling out on one eye and I emailed to get them refilled and no one ever responded. 

A few tips for Marche:
1. Be on time.
2. Be professional. 
3. Don't hire your relatives. If you do, make sure they are professional as well and don't detract your customers. 
4. Respond to customers' emails when they have a concern, especially when hundreds of dollars have been paid for your "expert" services.
My experience left a very bad impression as a first-time customer to Marche and a first-time eyelash extension wearer.

Don't think just because I'm Black that you can be "chill" or that I will accept/excuse your unprofessional behavior. I'm giving you my money, be professional. We're not friends.
Also the baby's father was there in the back. 

I learned how to put on strip lashes because of how bad my experience here was. So I guess I can thank Marche for that.The time and money is not worth less than two weeks of before lashes start falling out.

The lashes are done amazingly! I loved them! Pricey, but worth it.

Overpriced. The lady showed me a specific eyelash style then it's charged as custom on the billl. I paid close to $180 and one eyes lashes would fall out more than the other. They looked fine but I need what I am paying for to last me

Very inconsiderate and unprofessional.  Didn't confirm appointments.  Didn't answer my calls or texts. Came 30 minutes late on my next to last appointment but I stayed because I was going on vacation.  The next time I got there on time and she was still working on someone else. She didn't call me to tell me that she was running behind.  I sat for 25 minutes before walking out. This is bad business.  She charges 75 for a fill and I tipped her so her behavior was outrageous. I've been getting lashes for years. She puts on relatively few lash extensions and charges a grip. She does a  mediocre job with the lashes overall.  But her customer service is non existent. I'm going to try someone else. I don't recommend her

I hate to write a negative review but here goes:
SUMMARY: mediocre job, terrible scheduling, inconsiderate and bad customer service. Do your research and book someone else please. 

-The first time I did my lashes here (1 year ago), my appointment got canceled 10 minutes before my appt AFTER I had arrived. Marsha gave no apologies just a voicemail cancelling and telling me to reschedule. I was upset as my plans were disrupted but things happen right..
-Months later, during their business hours I called more than 6 times to book an appt, no answer. I called again on 4 days in a row leaving more voicemails to call me back, no answer. I drove down to their office twice, no one was in the office during their business hours.. so I call again, no answer, no call back, nothing. At this point I remembered how my appt was cancelled last minute last year and another review talking about their lack of customer service , so I decided to search for someone else. 
-I found someone else who is certified by NovaLash. Now I can't be any happier. I can boldly say Marsha does a MEDIOCRE lash job. I paid 30$ less for a natural set and they look wayyy FULLER than Marsha's. They've also held up much longer. So please do yourself a favor and look for someone else if they don't pick or return ur calls. They have zero regard for their clients and that's beyond terrible. 
-Their IG page had been active all this while by the way.. with select replies to only people they know.
