This company doesn't even deserve 1 Star. The day before the move I paid $80 a hour for 4 hours for 2 guys to help me pack some things up, well I could of thrown things in a box!! The one guy went into my personal bathroom & bedroom closet without me knowing as I wasn't trying to help/babysit the guy in the kitchen. The move took place January 12 2017, one of the worst days, with Ice, Snow, Sleet & Rain. Becca called to say they'd be late due to getting the Ice Off the Truck. She never ask if I'd like to postpone due to the weather. 3 guys arrived at 8:55 am, dumped Rock Salt all over the side walk & porch, didn't not place runners to protect the floors, which I had just replaced carpet throughout and had hardwood floors refinished, nor do they use any handtrucks or straps & the used the moving pads for the ramp instead of my furniture!! They don't have any tape, straps ect. At 10:50 am Tyler told me they had to take a Lunch Break and would meet me at the storage unit. They had not even been there 2 hours!! He called at 12:01 pm and said they had just left lunch and would be there in 15 minutes. Things were thrown into storage, things that were to come with me to my Townhouse were in storage & things that should of gone to storage where at the Townhouse!! Every piece of my bedroom set, that was 3 years old was damaged. Headboard, Footboard, Dresser which has dings in the top, stracthes from them sliding boxes on it, $400 TV Stand damaged, $800 Leather Rocker/Recliner, Kitchen Chair Leg all gouged, Coffee Table, Sofa Table, End Table all have damage, one of the Backs on the Sofa is Broken. August 29th, 2017 I moved out of the storage unit~~OMG!! Heaviest Boxes on top of lighter boxes, one Christmas Tote totally Smashed, Christmas Wreath Holder Broken, Outdoor Table Dented, they somehow managed to even bend a metal leg on a Patio Set!!! We did find a Box that I had packed & Cleary marked its contents to come to the Townhouse, another box that THEY THREW together with my Phonebook, Garbage Bags, Coffee Fliters, Microwave Dishes, Sandwich Bags, Storage Bags, Foil ect, which I had in a Meijers Cloth Bag that I had on the kitchen counter that I was taking myself & they decided to throw it in a box and not mark it contents or where it was going. I had even placed yellow stickers on things to go to storage and green to come to the Townhouse!! At 3:02 pm the day of the move I received a call from Becca telling me that they needed to send another truck and another guy to help move!! Another guy had shown up with more boxes also that they charged me for!! I had every box I moved in with 6 months prior and had even purchased 15 more to replace damaged ones from the previous move. One of the guys even helped himself to pain meds I had due to having numerous Kidney Stones that I kept on hand for emergencies. They were and are still Nowhere to be found 8 months later. I have moved several times & have never had such a awful heartbreaking experience as this with so much damage to my belongings. Phone calls go unanswered. Ben hires nothing but young kids who no nothing about taking care of customers personal belongs & furniture~~Over $2,000 to move 5 miles into a storage, and the Townhouse was 5 miles away also. Needless to say the WORST MOVING COMPANY OUT THERE!!!!!!!

Ben and his team are great professionals and really care about the customer. I highly recommend anyone nervous about moving to put your move in their hands.
