I called to schedule an appointment for yarn twist for 7am the next morning . The earlier the better . I come in on time and my stylist is a hour late. Ok so I'm trying to be patient but that's unprofessional. Once she get there she has to wash and blow dry my hair. When she finish that Marcia ( the owner) ask her to go upstairs. I'm sitting in the chair thinking that she moving boxes or something but then 30 minutes go by and I find myself falling asleep and it starts to get crowded. After 45 minutes go by I was asked to get out of my chair to make room for a customer who just walked in while I've been waiting for almost 2 hours. So I'm ready to walk out the door at this point but I was asked to go upstairs to the kiddie salon to see my hair stylist doing someone else hair. Now I'm pissed because it's going on 10:00 and I'm still here and my hair hasn't even been started. She apologizes and I understood it wasn't her fault but being late was her fault so she didn't get off that easy. She doing my hair and then another stylist ask me to move my seat to a kiddie chair. I am 21 years old , why do I have to sit in a kiddie chair when you have little kids sitting in the grown up chair. Worse experience there! Probably won't make an appointment or get braids done there again

This salon is amazing; the owner is friendly and the staff are very caring.  Wonderful setting inside and on time appointments!
