Marco's Pizza is Albany, Georgia's superior independently owned chain pizza service by far. Every employee working at Marco's are performing with an outstanding level of customer service and efficiency. There have been numerous occasions where i ordered a pizza past their normal delivery hours and sometimes out of their delivery territory, but they have never failed to make sure I receive a high quality pizza in the timely manner that they quote. The massive success Marco's is experiencing with food quality, customer retention, and customer service starts at the top with Mr. Princeton White. Mr. White is one of those guys that when you meet him, you feel like you've know this guy your whole life. All of Mr. White's employees and customers love him to death, and that is one of the first things you notice when you walk in the door. In addition, Mr. White takes the personal responsibility of working in every department of his business. From taking phone orders, to making the pizzas, to deliveries, and even working events from the food truck, Mr. White is as top notch as they come in the restaurant and customer service industry. So, before you order your next pizza, be sure to contact Marco's Pizza, and I GUARANTEE that you will be satisfied! Called in and picked up pizza with classic crust and wings for $31.01.  Husband got home and I bit into a piece and it was raw dough in the middle. Dough that you could actually make a ball with. I call and get the manager. He tells me he doesn't have enough drivers to pick it up and bring another pizza. He then tells me in his next sentence that he can't send out the pizza because we picked up the first one. My husband said he was not driving back tonight so he tells me to bring the pizza back tomorrow for a refund. Seriously?  We have to find something else to eat but I assure you as much as we have spent there that they will get their raw pizza back tomorrow morning and I won't bother them again.

Absolutely LOVE their pizza!!! The staff is normally very friendly and willing to joke and cut up or just carry on a conversation
