If I had the choice to give them 0 stars trust me I would! I went in and ordered a large pizza to find out they gave me old pizza And the pizza was falling apart. Extremely disgusted I will never ever in my life buy pizza at this location I called and his excuse was the pizza was not old they just have new people working SMH really sad waste of money! I will be calling corporate in the morning. Also going to call for an inspection done at this store! I was better off eating at Wendy’s

Ordered 2 pizza's tonight along with chessy bread. The most disgusting pizza and the cheesy bread was dry and had no sauce. I am in bed right now with severe abdominal pain since eating the pizza. I will go out of my way to drive to the Melbourne Marco's as I will never order from the Rockledge Store again. When I lived in Melbourne, I was almost a weekly client of Marco's off Wickham and love Marco's pizza. The Rockledge Marco's give Marco's a bad name

Horrible customer service! Ordered a pizza last week and had it delivered. Called today to place another order and they said they COULDN’T DELIVER. Closest store to my house only 4 miles away and already delivered once. Don’t spend your money here. Take it elsewhere.

Talk about bad customer service. Online now, so no mix up right. No, I order a meat supremo and I get a supremo. Didnt checm befors i left, get it home wrong pizza. Ok I call them to let them know. So I get told to bring it back, not we will send you a pizza. I say it's ok I'll eat it. Promises me a free pizza. So I go in tonight and the manager Kirk starts giving a hard time and being pissy. 25 years as a chef and baker and 9 years in car sales I have never seen someone so pissy over his mistake. So no more Marcos for me ever.
