Ordered 1 small pizza at 5:55pm for a 6:45 pick up. Arrived at 6:35, was told no pizzas for pickup was ready. A lady standing at the counter asked for her money back when she seen an employee rubbing there nose & contine to assemble pizzas. My observations the same. Not one worker wearing gloves. Then a huge delay in getting a refund.  Worker was not trained how to make a refund.  The manager on delivery returned to the store without one word of apology. Sad customer service.

Live 6 mins from store and be getting delivery service for 10 years I'm 5.6 miles from store straight out of town and owner said they have a 5 mile delivery radius. I don't care how many miles it is tiffin is 22 mins from my house and ajs pizza delivers 1 mile from me. If u won't deliver 6 mins from the store I wont drive there either, it sucks cuz I've been eating here for years with good service and the manager she is super nice but I will not be returning to this restraunt.

Ordered pizza at 6:40pm for delivery and stated 25-35 minutes. Called after an hour and fifteen minutes and no pizza. Women working was rude as I just inquired if it would be quicker to pick up since it’s a mile down the roads. She replies he’s already been out on delivery for awhile (when online it showed still being worked on) and that it would be an additional 15 minutes. I shared concern that my pizza would have been an hour and half since being ordered and over a half hour in delivery car. She said, yep and hung up. Unreal customer service. Will not order from again. Too many other pizza places in Fostoria.

Ordered pizza at 610 delivery was for 7 -710 here it is 8 and still no pizza finally get pizza 817 it's cold then they forgot the garlic butter and call the store they tell me well we can give you a $1.50 refund lol for real a $30 order and say well we got really busy were sorry
