Ordered a pizza early on a Friday evening after a long day of travel. This Marco's location went above and beyond by calling us to ensure how we wanted our pizza cut after they received conflicting information on our online order. Going this extra step really made us happy! When our pizza arrived, the delivery guy was super nice and actually took time to say thank you for the tip we provided to him. In today's environment, its not often you get great customer service and a friendly/appreciative smile!
Marco's pizza is phenomenal, and I continue to order from here. However....I have ordered two Pizza bowls from here now where I specified light jalapenos, but received fistfuls of jalapenos each time, to where there were literally two or three jalapenos in each bite. The second time, I only ate half of my Pizza bowl. I ate as many jalapenos as I could before it was unbearable, then started picking them out. I counted 15 that I picked out. And there were STILL more in the other half of the Pizza bowl that I was saving for lunch the next day. Whoever is making the pizza bowls should realize that most people can't tolerate eating 40 jalapenos in one sitting. Please follow the instructions when people order online!
I want to apologize for my previous review. Yea. Delivery from door dash and quality was ughh... cold cracker like well done cheese thing.. i would not even call it a pizza.. however. well. Any way... after speaking to manager... not only I got new delivered pizza they also included cheesy bread I did not ask for it but was very nice of them. Now reflecting back... Friday nights are busy for everyone. Thank you for making it right for me.
If I could give it no stars, I would. The red headed girl who took my order had attitude. She never took my name when ordering. As I waited and waited, I asked a nice young man what was taking so long. Here the pizzas were ready and just sitting there all that time. This same girl put the phones on hold too. Good luck with her nasty attitude.
This is one place that I've had exceptional service every time I've went. I don't know if I've just been lucky or the kids and people that work there are really that nice. The pizza is really good it reminds me of a northern fluffy style pizza. Very much like Pudges of Horseheads New York. The pizza's Good Value for the moneyFood: 5/5
This is usually our go to place for pizza. I've had an issue or two in the past but we liked the place enough to stay. No establishment is perfect, so mistakes are bound to happen which is completely understandable. Today I tried putting the order in on the app, for some reason it had issues with adding the payment. It said I had 32 mins to put an order in. So I made an attempt to call, and WOOOW, are they rude. They will pick up the phone and hang up on you, no answer, no anything just click the end call button. If you thought it was a mistake and the line dropped guess again, you might try to call back, but you get someone snippy answering the phone quickly saying "weareclosedandopeat11AMtomorrow" and hang up. SURPRISE SURPRISE they weren't closed. On our way to get food elsewhere we had to pass the store, there were still customers coming out with food and people going in. Even the hours shown did not comply with what the employee said. I had the time right to begin with, I was just trying to order two pizzas. Guess losing customers is just as unimportant to them as losing their professionalism.
Me and my family love Marcos for there pizza subs sweets & there customer svc as well .. but I’m sorry to have to do this but for some reason latley the last 3-4 orders we have made they have messed up something. 1st time they forgot our desert . 2nd time they put wrong item on Pizza 3rd time i we order subs & they was supposed be toasted and never toasted not even a inch of it … and tonight I repeated my order over over i sayed no onions on my chicken bbq pizza he even repeated back to me ,, sure enough he delivered to us it had onions thru out hole pizza ,, he forgot our 2litre Dr Pepper so he had to go back to Marcos and get a 2 liter to bring back to us and it end the evening with opening the box of browniie bites & and they was not only burnt almsot black ,but they was upside down in the box had all the black icing was 100% stuck to the box on the other side … we love Marcos we usually order once week so for the last 3 orders aka 3 weeks to mess up our order it’s very disappointing

Wanted a sub sandwich, a philly cheesteak.. without mushrooms and without mayonnaise, who puts mayonnaise on their philly cheesteak..wanted onions and peppers instead of the mushrooms and the mayonnaise. But there is a 2 dollar charge to add the same amount of toppings they took off...what kind of racket they trying to run...will never order from marcos again.. still a pizza today is only about 2.35 to make with all toppings at least dominoes, papa John's, little ceasers, and the rest let you supplement 1 topping for another...COME ON MARCOS!
I never got my pizza and when they try to resend another one that pizza took over an hour to get to me . I will never order from there again
