When the business first opened the food was really good. I started to order the thin crust to be delivered about once a week. For the last 6 months my pizza is consistently delivered cold. I called to speak to the Manger on three different occasions. I was told by that manager that the reason for my pizza being cold was the thin crust. He offered little to no apologies for this, and then offered ten percent off my bill. This was somewhat insulting to me since the point in ordering delivery is to have a hot ready made meal. I started to order the thick crust as recommended by the unhelpful manger. These pizzas too, are delivered cold. I gave up on complaints since they fall on deaf ears. I just wonder how this is even possible. I live 5 minutes from the store. I can get a hot sandwich from publix to my house and it still nearly burns my mouth, and I don't have an insulated bag. This is ridiculous and the Manger is unprofessional. ONLY eat in if you want a chance at a hot meal. This business needs help. I'm really disappointed since there is potential for the food to be hot and delicious.

Only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the fact that they are a little on the pricey side compared to the other pizza joints in town. Their staff are all friendly and efficient, their store is always clean and they even offer pizza buffet during certain hours! Their pizza and wings are both very good. I love the thin crust pizzas and all the varieties they let customers choose from. It's not my "go-to" pizza place in town, but there is nothing wrong with the place, they are delicious!

Friendly staff. Nice lunch buffet. I think the best I have had. Plan to visit them again.

Kids enjoy going to the buffet. It's usually kept fresh but can be hit or miss.

Great pizza lunch buffet. Salad bar part of the buffet. Free soft drinks if you are senior citizens.
