Friends had told me it wasn't worth the price, but I finally tried it. Food was adequate. I saw my waitress 3 times. When she took our order, when she delivered half our food and when i tracked her down (she was flirting with the bartender,) for our check. We did not receive all our food. We had 1 cup of coffee with NO sugar brought. This local will NOT be going back.

I'm proud to say that my work place, my family, my friends absolutely love this place. It is the gem of Pagosa Springs. Whether it is for a lunch with co workers (the big house salad is the best in town, hands down) or when your friends come in town and want a fabulous martini this is the place for you!!! Cannot say enough about my local Italian place. The food is 5+ star!!!!Such a friendly place to come to and they will make your meal fantastic. FYI Kylee rocks the lunch, she is fantastic!and Mark the owner at dinner will welcome you with a huge smile, so comfortable LOVE THIS PLACE!! and you will too.

Pretty good Italian in Pagosa Springs Colorado. Host was great. Chef was great. Waitress, not great.

We drove 4 hours to visit Pagosa Springs, and on our way out we researched places to eat on Google and Marconi had great reviews. I'm not sure what happened, but what I read on them it's not what we experienced. From dirty dishes, late appetizers, cold food, hard pasta, unseasoned food and wrong drinks... poor service is the least of my adjectives... 1 star service for the price of a 5 star bistro. How was it resolved, discounted the appetizer plate ($9.95) and a $13.00 discount for a $130 ticket... they might think we thought it was of good faith, but we weren't fooled, the website offered a 10% discount every day on all food... so no... we know it wasn't good faith for your mistakes and poor service... When a customer complaints nicely like we did, you address the concern quietly and take note to improve what went wrong... when issues happen, own them, apologize and continue; don't try to blame others... bring it to the supervisors attention and fix it... (if you noticed the ticket, even with this service we tipped the waitress with the correspondent 18%)... what we received back was a lot of "I'm sorrys", unnecessary and unpleasant comments regarding the issues brought to the waitress attention. That's not the way to go... Think twice before stepping inside this place, we know we aren't...
