I had a Work accident that I end up on Disability, one day I get a call from the works comp insurance saying that they will stop my payments by the end of the month, I spoke with a couple friends about it and they all said get a lawyer to help you thru the legal process so I did, contacted this law firm from Boston and end up with lawyer, he schedule the first hearing to start the process, a week before the hearing a got a notice saying the hearing been reschedule for another date 5 weeks later, at his point I was desperate and decided to fire the lawyer and get a new one, after talking to a couple people they recommended the Marcotte Law  Firm, so I call them and setup appointment, I had a new Lawyer to represent me, it was one of the best decisions I made.
Attorney Michael Molloy toke ownership of my case and kept me informed on every step of the way, and he got me a settlement I deserved, excellent job. I highly recommend Attorney Molloy and Marcotte Law Firm.

I was in a car accident that resulted in my car being totaled, a broken hand, and other injuries to my neck and back, along with the financial struggles that come with an auto accident. Luckily, Marcotte Law Firm took the stress off of my shoulders. Attorney Michael Molloy kept me informed on my case every step of the way, and he was able to get me a settlement I deserved. I was stationary on the highway at the intersection of Lowell Connector and route 3 when a women hit me hard (no skid marks) while on her pretty pink cell phone.  Mike Najjar was the attorney that handled my case.  I had instructions to go to the pain clinic by my Dr gave me a referral to Dr D. at the Lowell General pain clinic .  Attorney Mike Najjar told me I couldn't because it would go on her pip.  I told him that's how it works.  He said not anymore. Bolgna....then he brought the case to small claims court.  I asked him why and he gave me some story about a mythical auto association that was doesn't exist.  The magistrate asked him why he brought to the small claims court.   That there was no precedent for personal injury in small claims.  Her next question was and I quote "if she was injured so badly why didn't she continue treatment? "  Mike turned and said I didn't understand PIP.  LIAR and I now I have a Medford Lawyer that says it's grounds for disbarrement. And I can sue Mike Najjar separately and Marcotte Law Firm.  After twenty to thirty years this lawyer remembered  my insurance and even asked if I had the same policy that included under insured drivers and reminded me that even if it were true it was Mike NAJJAR'S job to explain it to me.  Also when photo's were taken at office that required me pulling my pants down, Mr Marcotte slapped my bare bottom and thought is was funny.  Nasty group of people.
