"Museum" is a bit of a  stretch. It is basically one room above a restaurant, with some dresses and costumes in glass displays and a bunch of photographs hanging on the wall. Yes it is a nice display, but it should not take you more than five minutes to complete your self-guided tour. 
95% of the photos attached to this location are from a separate location called MARDI GRAD WORLD, which is down by the port and that is where you see all the floats are made and stored.

It has so much potential. But the visit is just a video and the storage of past events
