The hotel was beautiful and great location. The beach wasn't overly crowded and the beach bed staff was incredible! Super prompt and eager to help. Beach service for drinks was a little slow but to be expected with the walk back and forth for them with ample people to tend to. The pool was the only disappointed for us. It was small and at times over crowded but we really came for the beach so not a damper on our vacation at all. The valet service was the best we've experienced! You do pay to park nightly but with the service they provide it's well worth it so try not to be deterred by the nightly parking fee. All in all, great stay!

Beach was nice, despite over-priced drinks at outdoor bar ($15 each). Beach boys who help with the chairs are awesome, tip them! 3 stars because they lied about their happy hour prices and charged full prices for some items. Valet took a while every time (10+ mins, in one case 20+ so call ahead). Finally, we were there for 3 nights and the cleaned our room 1 time. And we had to call 2x to get them to do that.

I loved the location,  fast check in process, and the fact that we arrived early, very accommodating to get us into our room as early as possible.  
The view from the room was spectacular  if you like heights from above 20th floor.. We could see the ocean, harbour and Collins Avenue.  It's too bad the Jacuzzi was not working and no sign posted, it's okay sometimes that happens.  Nice heated pool if you are not an ocean person. The room clean and inviting with nice decor.

Unpleasant staff.  Called 2 weeks prior to arrival.  Was assured that my room would be ready.  Its was known that I would arrive at 1pm but at 3:30p still not issued a room.  Customer satisfaction is definitely not 1st priority here.  I should have stayed at a Holiday Inn.

Stayed here for a night away, really nice hotel. Their prices were a lot more affordable compared to the other hotels that have the same features. Staff was really frequently at the front desk, as so were the beach staff. 

Was able to get an early check in because our room was available which was nice. The gym didn’t have many free weight options, but plenty of cardio machines, and with the sauna you need to contact the front desk as they are the only ones that can start it up. All in all really nice stay.
