Stood for 20 mins waiting to be seated. No one gave me as much as one look. Then a family walks in, walks right past me, takes a booth and gets immediate service. I guess it's a good place for hillbillies like that. Or one person's money wasn't good enough to deserve attention. The guy I bumped into at the exit was nice enough to apologize, but did nothing to stop me from leaving. Which kind of proves my last point.

Note to management: please don't bother to copy-paste your meaningless standard response. We know you don't give a damn.

Apparently the dining room is closed sometimes; there's no sign and no hostess to say anything.  Today was the second time that happened, so we sat ourselves in the bar area.  None of the empty tables were clean.  Ten minutes after we sat someone brought us chips and salsa and told us our waitress would be over shortly.  Ten minutes later we left.  We did have the opportunity to watch several of the wait staff watch us, maybe they were taking bets on how long it would take before we left.

Food was really good and thats why it gets 4 stars. Service was extremely lacking. The server took 10 minutes to even come see us. Once he did he would disappear for long periods of time. I asked for ketchup for my daughter's fries and burger, and she was halfway through her meal before he even came over again without the ketchup. It was a Wednesday night and not busy so quite frankly there's not much of an excuse for how poorly he handled his tables.

Always loved going there until my last experience. There were ants coming in from the window so we asked to be moved... Then more ants were found after we moved and they continued to seat new customers at the same table!! The manager Andrew was not helpful at all and clearly didn't care about two upset customers. Never going back to eat there again!

Pretty good food. Friendly waitress. Slightly higher priced, but I figure you get what you pay for and it's definitely true here. Considerably spicier salsa than most places will put out for general consumption (usually unless you ASK specifically for hotter sauce), but I personally love that, so that was great for me. Premium fillings available for your enchiladas, tacos or burritos and not just run of the mill chicken or ground beef that I wouldn't use to make dog treats. 
Additionally, not sure if they run this all the time or not, but they have a dinner and a movie combo whereby you get movie tickets to the theatre across the way for $8 (versus a normal of $13-15), so that really makes up for the higher price tag if you're going to a movie anyway. All in all a great place for Mexican in my opinion, considering the Northern latitude.
