My first auto insurance company, did business for 8 years. This is a great office representing statefarm. I did apreciated the great customer service, the friendly staff who were always kind, and professional, flexible and helpful. Truly an exemplary way to practice business. I canceled my policy after State Farm's claims unit refused to acknowledge a loss sustained from collision. Maria's office coordinated with myself and the claims department to indemnify me for the loss resultant of the collision. In the end, after I upheld every aspect of our contract; State farm did not. My car hit a really old vacuum tv- super thick glass. It pretty much blew up chipped my windshield and parts of the paint on the hood. After several days back and forth with the claims department I finally got a "Sr." rep who told me there was no way I could actually prove the damage to my car came from the collision and as a result it would be fraud to attempt claim such damages. I take great pride in the appearance of my car and for the few hundred dollars you saved by not upholding the contract that I signed with you- you lost a lifelong customer.

Don't use unless you want to discover you have gone without insurance for over a month because their office screwed up and did not document my new driver's license over 5 years ago, so they randomly cancelled my policy saying my DL was expired. However, my DL is current and does NOT expire until 2019. None of my information has been updated over the past five years (new addresses, new DL) despite it being given to them.
