We filled our taxes with her 3 years ago and she blocked our numbers and we still haven't received our money! NEVER GO TO THIS LADY! she seems nice and all, but is very disorganized. The first time we went to her office we were there for atleast 5 hours and she ended up telling us to go the next day... this kept happening for the following 3 or 4 times until my dad got mad and asked her if she could please just help him fill out his paper work. She then gave us an attitude and went ahead and passed us into her office. Where she charged my parents a total of 500 dollars and said she was going to mail the paperwork and that we would receive it in a few weeks. It's now been 3 YEARS AND WE STILL DON'T KNOW WHERE SHE HAS OUR PAPERS. When we call her she just LIES and says that she sent the paperwork. However, when we call the IRS office they say they never received anything. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS NOTARY!! SHE'S IRRESPONSIBLE. We spoke to a few other customers of hers and some of them said the same thing happened to them. I wouldn't even give this place 1 star it doesn't even deserve it!

She filled out a W7 incorrectly therefore we received a rejection notice for the ITIN. When we went to talk to her about it she was adamant about how she "filled out the forms correctly and that's what the fee covered" the rejection notice she said was not her problem because "sometimes people are lucky and sometimes they're not". We went to the IRS office where we were informed that the W7 was filled out incorrectly and was missing information; that was the reason for the rejection. The IRS agent filled out the form for us FREE of charge.
