Fantastic quality, great deals on sale items. They have an unbeatable salad bar available nearly all day long to get fresh food to lunch or dinner. They will cook steaks for you from the butchers section and the bakery section is the best around. Right now with Halloween they have special, huge candy apples that they make in store every day! They are a huge hit with the family and a must do every year.

Absolutely love this place! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. They have everything and at competitive prices. My first time here I came in for 1 item my regular store didn't carry. This quickly became my 1 stop shop for everything

Pleasant customer service is hit and miss. Seems like about half of their staff is crabby, and not busy enough. Lots of folks standing around while a small band of cashiers do the real work. I go here for convenience, as a last resort.

Update: today the check out staff are too busy chit chatting to finish ringing me up so I can even swipe my card. I complain to the manager. He is dismissive. Super convenient, but I am a fool for coming back.  Shop elsewhere regardless of the inconvenience.

It was awful!!!  All went well until I got to the checkout.  
There was a dispute over the correct price of organic tomatoes.  This controversy took over 10 minutes at the checkout to resolve.  Unbelievable. 

I just had knee surgery and could not stand  and had to go to the bench and sit down until it was finally settled.  My patience was really put to the test.
As you were trying to help one customer you were ticking off another.   Must be a better way to resolve questions without creating another unhappy customer.
