I have been attending the MC Home Show for many years and I have enjoyed each one. Sometimes I would have some things in mind to look for and other times just browsing. I have never had a bad experience from any vendor. Also,thanks for doing the background checks through the registrar of contractors on the vendors. It makes me feel a lot better with working through them.
Thanks for the great Food Court that you offer. It makes for a great place to relax and to help me enjoy the show.

We are Platinum Exhibitors at the Home Shows, and they have definitely been worth the small investment as a vendor.  We consistently find 10-15 new customers every show.  The other vendors all seem to be very personable and professional.  Definitely worth it for our business.

What is the big secret about the price of admission? It's not on the Web site. And then if you want a discount price you have to sign up for a ton of spam to your email. WTF

I attended the Home & Garden show about two months ago for the first time.  I was excited about it since I had all these plans for my home and was really looking forward to getting some good info.  Long story short, the vendors all seemed to be "over it" I would walk up to their displays and didn't seem very welcoming it seemed like I had to do all the talking and ask about quotes, products etc. I set an apt with a vendor that does kitchen remodeling and experienced BAD customer service, they came out about a week after, showed up late, never called ahead and confirmed, said they'd get back to me in about a two days, sent me the estimate via email, I replied asking for more info about scheduling and NEVER heard back.  Attending this show one time was enough for me.  This show should be free entrance, definitely not worth the small entrance fee.

I am a long time vendor of the Home Shows and we recently had a very bad experience with them.  Our account manager Chris was rude and had horrible customer service, they refused to work with us or make changes, and the Home Show Manager Katie was even worse.  We were told on multiple occasions we couldn't change booths or downsize because it was "too late in the game".  Yet they didn't hesitate to sell our booth out from under us to another vendor then offer us a resign in another location.  The only time they would make a change was to benefit them.        

The Home Show Manager Katie was contacted multiple times via phone and email with no response.  I did a charge back on my credit card for the charges and big surprise Katie appeared and got involved in the situation.  If she would have acted like a manager and got involved much earlier in the process things could have been resolved and different.  

We will never do business with them again and I suggest the same to everyone out there!!!
