From start to finish not a good experience. Greeted by a disheveled host with a huge hickey on her neck. To the late food and multiple apologies that did not result in better service, just more apologies. All the while our gum chewing server missing opportunities to make up for a kitchen error with basic bussing. Yup. Even the food itself was sub par. I cannot imagine this done on purpose so it seems its just a weak staff and management.

Terrible phone service. Left on hold five minutes and was told they did not carry a popular item, solely on laziness. Staff does not know the menu, phone etiquette or common sense, no to mention simple customer service. I drove all the way to the restaurant to show the staff and manager the menu item. Although the Mgr offered to COMP me, after multiple excuses, I did not want it. Very disappointing! This restaurant and facility needs to have training on common sense, lying is not okay.

Had a nice breakfast here with a group of business professionals in a private meeting room. The eggs benefict was very tasty, service was very good, and the value is great for the offerings.

Amazing food Great service! We sat near the bar area and watched game 5 of the World Series and everyone was cheering!!!!
