You can ignore my phone calls but i am writing this review to prove i have tried to contact you by phone as to the matter of you taking money from an account. Jokes def. on you guys because it was my daughters SSI that you got without permission or a court order. I have long since stopped my funds from coming to that account. I think you just messed up ROFL. Was 500 bucks worth it?  I hope so because it will cost a heck of a lot more to get this mess fixed. Happy holidays :).

This is a great service provided to honest people who need it. Complaints about collection practices are irrelevant. Read your contact and pay your bills and you won't have a issue...point blank!

IF I COULD GIVE A 0 I WOULD. THEY TOOK MONEY FROM MY MOMS ACCOUNT WITHOUT AUTHORIZING IT, AND NOW SHE HAS NOTHING.   AND WHEN WE CALLED THEY WERE VERY RUDE AND ENDED UP HANGING UP ON HER.  WHAT THEY DID WAS VERY ILLEGAL AND. SHES DISABLED,  THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO TAKE MONEY FROM A DIsaBLED PERSON WITHOUT GETTING AUTHORIZATION.  DO NOT GO HERE. THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS WHATSOEVER.
