We are a licensed Travel Service Provider (TSP) authorized to provide travel arrangements to Cuba by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) of the U.S. Department of the Treasury. This agency is truly a great one. They are very attentive at making sure that all is well. They take care of hotels, private houses, flight tickets, visas, and even tours. My family had such an amazing time in Cuba, and I know it's all thanks to Marimar. They went out of their way to make sure we had a great time. Many people complain that Cuba is not worth visiting, but I disagree. There is no other place quite like Cuba. I learned so much from my experience. I met so many humble people, ate their delicious food, and experienced first hand how they live. This trip opened my eyes and made me realize that we can find beauty in everything. Absolutely amazing agency. We had a wonderful trip. I can't imagine trying to navigate the cities and culture of Cuba without the help of Marimar. They're connections, contacts, and customer service gave my daughter and I a once in a lifetime experience. Thank you Maricarmen and Fred!

This tour company couldn't have done anything more wrong. After paying what we thought was a hefty price for a trip claiming to cover transportation, food and hotel, this company couldn't deliver on even one of the three. We also received an itinerary with tours of which they didn't inform people of time or place to be able to take said tours. While we actually waited once 2.5 hours so as to not miss a tour, we arrived after the home/gallery was closed. We made an effort to make this right with Marimar following return home to avoid the poor review but they did everything but take responsibility. Most notable they blamed it on the people of the island. Very poor customer service before, during and following our trip. There must be another company who offers something similar....use them! Do not use Marimar.

We just returned from Cuba a couple of days ago and I can honestly say that Marimar Travel went out of their way to make sure every little detail was taken care of! I am already planning to use their services again in February. Maria and Frederico are hands down the classiest, most honest people I have had the pleasure of meeting. They care so much for their tour groups as well as the people of Cuba. The person that gave them one star was obviously close minded to traveling internationally. The fact that he wanted a refund for a tour is ludacris but some people will threaten a bad review if they don't get paid off. This is not a Playa del Carmen all inclusive resort type of visit. My family loved it and the tour guides!!
